Bespoke Jewellery.

Ever had a very specific idea of a jewellery piece that you want but just aren’t able to find it? Thats where we can help. From design through to creation.
Our most popular bespoke request is for a wedding band to sit beautifully with an existing engagement ring but we can help you create almost any idea you have. Our process is very informal and begins with a chat in store which we can follow up with ideas and costings so you can decide if the process is for you.

Choosing Your creator.

We sell work from a range of local independent jewellery designers which we believe helps to simplify the process from start to finish as your designer is always close at hand.
From decadent statement pieces to minimalist jewels, we have a broad range of styles and price points and we believe that each of our designers have strong but varied handwriting and we hope you find a style that speaks to you.
Alternatively, if you already have something very specific in mind we can also work closely with you to make your idea a reality. We work with a talented goldsmith who is part of The Wearer family.
If you fall in love the style of a specific designer but would prefer different gemstones, or a different metal, no problem. Maybe you love elements from their designs but would like to see those incorporated into something more personal? Whatever your choice we are here to help you turn your idea into reality.

To begin.

We would always recommend visiting our store to take a look through the existing designer collections firsthand, however, browsing the designs online  will help start the thought process to finding your perfect design.  
Whether you are looking to commission a bespoke engagement ring or wedding rings, redesign inherited jewellery or celebrate an anniversary or special birthday, we are on hand to help you explore your options.

Your Brief.

To help you get started, we would recommend that you think about the following points:
  • LOOK & AESTHETIC. Are you looking for something to wear everyday, or will it be for special occasions? Are you attracted to organic or geometric designs? Contemporary or classic
  • METALS.  Do you wear gold and if so do you prefer yellow, rose or white gold?  
  • GEMSTONES. Perhaps you have a stone that you already own or you want to be re-purposed? Maybe a gemstone that holds meaning for you or you simply love the colour? Do you need a stone that can withstand everyday wear? 
  • PRICE. Do you have a specific budget to work to? 
  • TIMESCALE. Do you have a special date you need the jewellery completed for? A birthday, anniversary or wedding?
Once we have this information we can formalise you brief with your designer.

The Process.

Once you have decided on your design brief and we have received a quote from the designer we would then require a 50% deposit to get started. 

Time Scale.

The process will normally take between 4 - 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the design. If you have a particular deadline in mind, please let us know so we can try and work around it for you. We are in constant contact with our local designers and you will be updated at every stage of the process. We have even been known to create a stunning diamond ring from idea to reality in one week!
